The 2022-23 Premier League season will start on August 5 with Arsenal facing Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Champions Manchester City begin their title defence the following day against West Ham, while Liverpool play promoted Fulham on the opening weekend.

The 2022-23 campaign will include a mid-season break for the World Cup in Qatar, meaning there will be no top-flight games between November 14 and December 25.

Chelsea, Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal will look to put pressure on title rivals Man City and Liverpool, while the likes of West Ham, Brighton and Wolves will attempt to build on encouraging seasons.

Leeds United and Everton will hope to climb up the table after suffering relegation scares last season, while Fulham, Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest will bid to solidify their status as Premier League clubs.
