Kris Jenner has confirmed that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker’s fondness for public displays of affection can be a bit too intense for her family members.
Talking about her eldest daughter’s recent engagement during her appearance on Friday’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the 65-year-old joked about how Kravis’ constant smooching makes her want to find somewhere to hide.
The momager extraordinaire gushed: ‘They’re so in love and, you know, they let us know that they’re so in love constantly.’
‘How does that feel when they’re next to you like making out and practically having sex?’ Ellen then asked.
To which Kris responded: ‘Well, you feel like you’re, you know, they’re the only two people in the room, and we almost don’t know what to do with ourselves. Like I’m looking for a closet to hide in and somewhere to go.
‘But they’re, you know, they’re in that stage and it’s really, really special and I’m so excited. He was really cute.’
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star made it clear she supports the smitten couple’s relationship as she stated: ‘Kourtney and Travis, they are – they’re really made for each other, they really are. They’re the cutest couple.’
Despite what some fans might think, Kris insisted that the Blink-182 drummer organized his romantic beach proposal ‘all on his own’ but confirmed he had asked Kris for Kourtney’s hand in marriage.
‘He’s a sweetheart, and they’re so happy. They can’t wait,’ the doting mom added.
The happy couple are still on cloud nine after the 45-year-old musician officially put a ring on it earlier this month, following a nine-month romance.
Now insiders have claimed that the pair would like to get ‘sooner rather than later’ and are considering a ‘destination romance’.
Time will tell how much fans will get to see on the Kardashians’ upcoming Hulu reality show.
