Rylan Clark has been seen out-and-about living his best single life as he enjoyed a seven-hour drinking session with his friends on Saturday evening in Soho, London.

Having finished his Radio 2 show at 6pm, Rylan, 33, promptly headed to a local bar for drinks with two of his radio colleagues.

The trio then headed to upmarket rooftop bar Aqua at 9.30pm, where they stayed for two hours, before walking into Soho for more drinks at gay club Freedom Bar.

Rylan was seen getting close with another male outside the club, and the two men hugged and embraced, before they walked back into the venue holding hands.

The TV personality and reality star reportedly then headed home to bed at approximately 1:30am.

In mid-2021, Rylan went through a divorce from his ex-husband Dan Neil, who he’d been in a relationship with for six years.

The couple met in 2013, after they both starred in separate seasons of Big Brother.

Following the split, Rylan suffered a breakdown, which saw him come off air from his Radio 2 show for several weeks, as well as spending a stint in hospital.

Speaking about the divorce and breakdown at the time, Rylan revealed that he had become ‘dangerously thin’ and ‘mentally unwell’ following the breakup.

In an interview with The Sun, Rylan revealed that following the split he became seriously underweight.

He said: ‘I got ill and I lost weight, I went down to under 10 stone – and I’m six feet four inches, so that’s not good.

‘The honest truth is that it’s been s**t.

‘I didn’t deal with what happened and now I am. I felt unwell and it was a very difficult time for me.’

Rylan said that he coped by spending a lot of time with his mother, Linda, who he described as ‘a lifesaver’.

He said: ‘My mum was majorly worried about me, as were all my family. I don’t just disappear for four months – that doesn’t just happen.

‘Mum has been a lifesaver to me and one of my biggest regrets of this year was putting my mum through me not being well.

‘I needed to get back to me.’

In January 2022, the star revealed that he felt ‘ready’ to start dating again.

Speaking to OK!, a source said: ‘He’s taking very slow steps [back into dating] but he definitely wants that happy ending still.’

They added: ‘He is getting some interest, he’s looking better than ever.’
