Former WWE superstar Killian Dain is taking his release as a fresh start and he’s getting back out there with a new style.

The wrestler, who was let go from the company in June, is going under his previous stage name Big Damo and looking to get his name back out there on the independent circuit.

He has just had a spell in Ireland working for O.T.T. Wrestling, and he shared a post gushing over his time there and showed off his new bald look after totally shaving off his long hair.

It’s a big departure for the towering Belfast brawler, but it instantly stands out from his WWE days and looks incredibly intimidating – which is no bad thing, considering the line of work!

He captioned the post: ‘Nevermind me, just having the time of me life in Dublin and Belfast with @OTT_wrestling cannot wait to return!

‘Fun seminar today with @NXGWrestling Great effort on a cold Monday night in Carryduff! Next stop seminars Thur &Fri @sourcewreschool Glasgow, then @RevProUK on Sat!! (sic)’

Other snaps from his indie tour have been cropping up on social media, and Damo looks to be in fantastic shape.

Throughout his time in WWE, the grappler was largely seen as part of the group SAnitY alongside Eric Young, Alexander Wolfe and Damo’s real-life wife Nikki Cross (now Nikki A.S.H.).

Although the faction didn’t hold any gold, they made an impression in NXT and had a brief run on SmackDown, while the Irishman’s most recent stint before his release saw him in a brilliantly entertaining tag team with Drake Maverick.

Meanwhile, Nikki previously opened up on her time with SAnitY and the impact it had on her development as a performer.

‘I don’t know if I would be a two-time women’s tag team champion without them because they allowed me to grow and pick their brain. They helped me develop so much as a person and a performer,’ she exclusively told Metro.co.uk.

‘All three men are so, so creative. They work hard, they have this great work ethic, and they’re passionate, they love this. The four of us are this family, even though we’re separated now – we are a family and we always will be.’
