Fitness Activities Across the UAE to Break a Sweat

From yoga and gym sessions, there are several events taking place in light of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.

Bootcamp session

FitnGlam, the top women-only fitness club in the UAE, is joining the Dubai 30×30 Fitness Challenge with two intense beach workout sessions. These sessions, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and BB+core (Booty Burn & Core), will be at Kite Beach’s Main Stage area. Led by skilled FitnGlam trainers, these 30-minute sessions aim to give both fitness lovers and beginners an energetic workout. This supports the Dubai Fitness Challenge, focusing on fitness, wellness, and taking care of yourself. The sessions are on November 25 and 26 at specific times, bringing people together for a healthy and active celebration: HIIT on November 25, 9.30 am to 10 am, and BB+Core on November 26, 9 am to 9.30 am.

Daily specialized fitness sessions

At Address Grand Creek Harbour, discover weekly fitness sessions set in captivating spots around the hotel. Activities range from Pilates and Vinyasa Flow to meditation, Hatha Yoga, Sound Healing, and more. Available every day, classes begin at Dh75, with some complimentary for in-house guests. Private options include Dh380 per person per hour for Yoga sessions and Dh260 per person per hour for Personal Trainer sessions, featuring nutritional guidance. Participants receive yoga mats, towels, and a complimentary water bottle. It’s a chance for guests to boost mindfulness, serenity, and flexibility in a revitalizing atmosphere.

Fitness and wellness exhibition

The region’s biggest fitness and wellness expo, including the Dubai Muscle Show, Dubai Active, and Dubai Active Industry, will happen at Dubai World Trade Centre from November 24th to 26th, 2023. With support from the Dubai Sports Council, the expo will welcome 600 athletes and influencers, expecting around 35,000 visitors. Across three days, attendees can join group fitness sessions led by trainers such as Kayla Itsines, Krissy Cela, and Kelsey Wells. The event also includes meet and greets and a performance by James Smith, a bestselling author, motivational speaker, and online personal trainer.

Free dance and pilates class

PAD: Pilates & Dance Studio by Yasmin Karachiwala at The Greens is presenting complimentary 30-minute dance and Pilates classes for the Dubai Fitness Challenge month. Enjoy free Pilates sessions on Mondays at 5 pm, Bollywood Dance on Wednesdays at 5 pm and Saturdays at 4 pm, and Mat Pilates on Fridays at 10 am.
