Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia, is set to light up Diwali festivities with a culinary experience like no other. Introducing a special 7-course set menu, available exclusively for dinner on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of November, guests can indulge in a symphony of flavors that pay homage to traditional Indian delicacies. Diners have the option to choose from a vegetarian and non-vegetarian set menu.

The meal starts with an Amuse Bouche of Kanji Vada, followed by Chola Bhatura paired with either Paniyaram for vegetarians or a fusion of Crab and Prawn Thetcha for non-vegetarians. As the courses unfold, diners will savor dishes such as Charred Bhutta, the signature Aloo Atrangi complemented by Mirchi Paratha, and the showstopping Poda Mangsho. Each dish in this special Diwali set menu is crafted to perfection, offering a delectable array of flavors that are as rich and varied as the festival itself, ensuring a dining experience like no other.

Whilst the entire menu promises an unforgettable experience, the Mango Cham Cham captures the essence of the festive season in every bite. Each bite is a delicious burst of flavors, with the soft, spongy texture of the Cham Cham perfectly complementing the rich and aromatic mango filling. Presented with Atrangi’s signature flair, this dessert is a must-try for both regular guests and first-time visitors.
