Fans were puzzled to see Katie Price’s engagement ring was nowhere to be seen in her latest series of Instagram videos posted on Friday March 25.
Eagle-eyed Instagram users noticed that her fiancé Carl Woods, 33, appeared to have removed photos of Katie from his Instagram after they returned from a sun-filled holiday to Thailand together, with quite a few comments in his recent posts pointing out the fact that Price is now missing from his feed.
In a recent Instagram Story, the former glamour model could be seen sans ring as she informed fans they would now get something sweet – literally – when they ordered her gift boxes in the form of a packet of sweets.
In her next sponsored Instagram Story, her engagement ring was visible again, though it appears to have been pre-recorded, which has not been confirmed.
Metro.co.uk has reached out to representatives for Katie and Carl for comment.
This week, the 33-year-old pleaded not guilty at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, where he was supported by Price, 43, who arrived holding his hand.
It’s alleged that a row between Woods and his partner took place at a property in Essex last summer, where he allegedly tried to force open a door while she was inside.
Woods was granted unconditional bail and told he must attend the next court date set at Chelmsford Magistrates court, where the summary trial will begin, on June 16.
According to The Sun, prosecutor Leigh Hart told the court: ‘On the evening of the 22 August 2021 the defendant got into an argument with his partner at his home address.
‘This resulted in his partner leaving his property to go to another property.
‘The defendant followed her and attempted to force the door of that property and was heard shouting outside in the street which was overheard by neighbours.’
However, Woods’ defence lawyer Mark Davies said the incident was ‘nothing more than a squabble’.
