Dancing on Ice is skating on through to the grand finale – after an intense double elimination in the semi-final.

Olympian Kye White and The Vamps band member Connor Ball dazzled on the ice for the last time, while Pussycat Doll star Kimberly Wyatt successfully slid through in the skate-off.

We’ve seen weeks of impressive routines, all judged by Christopher Dean, Jayne Torvill, Ashley Banjo and newbie judge Oti Mabuse.

And there have been so many tumbles and injuries this year – including a group skate fall from Brendan Cole – that we can hardly keep track of them all.

But has all the celebrities’ hard work paid off? Thousands of fans will be eager to learn who will win the 2022 series, especially since we know the final episode is now slightly delayed.

So, when is Dancing on Ice 2022 final? Here’s everything you need to know.

The final of the Dancing on Ice 2022 will take place at 6.30pm on Sunday, March 27.

Originally, the finale was due to air a week earlier – but ITV has bumped the last episode to show two FA Cup quarter final matches.

While those who prefer ice skating to football playing might be miffed, there’s a bright side to the delay.

It’ll hopefully give host Holly Willoughby time to recover from her recently-announced bout of Covid, and rejoin co-presenter Philip Schofield for the big night.

And bonus: the show’s stars will get an extra week to practice their all-important final routines…

Only three celebrities remain in the competition – all vying to lift the winners’ trophy.

Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt will be competing in the finale, after making it through the semi-final skate-off with skating partner Mark Hanretty.

And she’ll be up against fan favourite Regan Gascoigne – who was before the show perhaps best known as the son of former England footballer Paul Gascoigne. He’s teamed up with pro ice skater Karina Manta.

Last but not least is Brendan Cole, the former Strictly professional dancer. He’s skating with Vanessa Bauer.

Dancing on Ice airs on Sundays at 6.30pm on ITV.
