Netflix has dropped the full trailer for their star-studded new movie, Don’t Look Up, and we simply cannot wait to watch this incredible cast in action.

For those who don’t know, director Adam McKay has managed to get most of Hollywood together for his new comedic drama and the results are as epic as you might expect.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence led the cast which also features Meryl Streep, Cate Blanchett, Jonah Hill, Timothee Chalamet, and Ariana Grande.

If that wasn’t exciting enough, the likes of Tyler Perry, Mark Rylance, Kid Cudi, and a special cameo from Chris Evans.

We need to stream this immediately!

The film follows an astronomy student (Lawrence) and her professor (DiCaprio) after they make the shocking discovery that a comet is heading straight for earth.

As the trailer shows, no one seems to care when they try and break this news to President Orlean (Streep) and her Chief of Staff, Jason (Hill).

In fact, the pair have even less success when they try t share the news through the media, with a comically awkward appearance on The Daily Rip, an upbeat morning show hosted by Brie (Blanchett) and Jack (Perry).

Could the Don’t Look Up cast be any more iconic? (Picture: Backgrid)

With the help of Dr Oglethorpe (Rob Morgan), they do their best to try and get the world to do something… but it seems that they only get help with the government discovers money can be made from the comet. Go figure!

The film was written and directed by Academy Award winner McKay and will drop as an early present for us all on Christmas Eve.

Time will tell if Leo and Jen’s characters manage to help save the world.

Don’t Look Up is released on Netflix on December 24.
