Strictly Come Dancing contestant Rose Ayling-Ellis was forced to halt her training with partner Giovanni Pernice after her hearing aid ran out of battery.
Rose and Giovanni are continuing to go from strength to strength each week, having scored 40 points during Halloween Week.
The pair also seem to have great fun during training as well, as they routinely take to their social media accounts to give insight to their progress to fans.
But on Monday, Rose and Giovanni told their followers about a problem they’d encountered during their first day back of training for the week.
Taking to Instagram, Giovanni asked his partner: ‘What’s the problem?’ with Rose replying: ‘[Hearing aid] Battery, dead.
The Italian dancer cracked a smile, with a frustrated Rose adding: ‘I forgot to pack it. It’s not funny!’
‘Are you completely deaf now?’ Giovanni asked, with Rose failing to answer the question at the end of the clip.
The dancing duo looked to be taking a break from training in the video Giovanni shared.
It’s not the first time Rose has dealt with issues due to her hearing aid in training.
Last month, the EastEnders star’s device broke and she took to her social media platforms to try and quickly get a new one sorted.
‘This morning my hearing aid broke but I think it’s because I sweat so much it broke it… so I can’t hear anything at all!’, she said.
Giovanni added: ‘So NHS please be quick! We need it!’
Rose couldn’t help but mock her partner, joking: ‘It’s quite nice I don’t have to hear his voice!’ and didn’t seem too worried by the problem.
Reposting the story to her own profile she reassured fans: ‘Nobody needs to panic, it is a very normal life for deaf people.’
Luckily, it wasn’t long before the actress got access to a new hearing aid after her professional partner pleaded to the NHS to help out.
Showing off her new hearing aid in its green casing, Rose wrote: ‘Good news guys… I have a new hearing aid! Thank you NHS for the quick response.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.40pm on BBC One.
