Harry Styles has continued his run of giving fans unforgettable moments at his shows by helping one girl come out as gay to her mother.
The Watermelon Sugar star, 27, spotted a girl with a sign near the front row in Milwaukee, reading: ‘My mum is in section 201. Help me come out??‘
Being the angel that he is, Harry was more than happy to oblige and be part of McKinley McConnell’s special moment, first offering the fan the microphone to tell her mother herself.
After McKinley got nervous that there were ‘a lot of people’ watching her at the gig, Harry offered to tell her mother himself, running across the stage to proclaim: ‘Lisa, she’s gay!’
The fan shared the heartwarming moment on Twitter, adding: ‘A moment that will actually be with me forever.
‘Thank you for creating a safe place for me. Thank you for letting me grow along side you as a fan. Thank you for helping me know who i am. Thank you.’
Lisa was overcome with emotion in the clip, as she waved and blew kisses to her daughter across the crowded arena.
Harry then joked: ‘Now, I don’t want to ruin the moment, but wouldn’t it be nice if you were a little bit closer together?!’
McKinley then later uploaded a photo of Lisa, her mother, holding up one of Harry’s merch T-shirts after the show.
She added: ‘Everyone meet LISA!!! she is overjoyed & also wanted everyone to know she had the best time & couldn’t stop dancing tonight!!!
‘She wanted me to show y’all she got her merch thank you all SO MUCH FOR THE LOVE.’
It’s not the first time Harry has been involved in a pivotal moment for a fan during his shows, as he recently helped one announce the gender of her baby live on stage.
Another fan had reached out to him for dating advice, which he duly gave, after asking whether she should text her love interest.
Based on these incredible moments, a Harry Styles gig is where all big announcements should be made.
