Katherine Ryan is known for not beating around the bush when it comes to discussing slightly more taboo topics, and now she has some very clear advice when it comes to men’s hygiene.

The Canadian-born comic is one of the stars featured in Netflix’s new special, Sex: Unzipped and spoke about her thoughts on sex throughout the hour-long episode.

Hosted by rapper Saweetie, they soon got down to business into some of the most difficult topics surrounding sex.

At one point, they addressed sexual health and hygiene and Katherine made it very clear how she felt.

Katherine said to the camera: ‘I don’t know what men more often don’t just flop out their dicks and wash them in a sink.

‘It should be more sociably acceptable to take your d**k out in a public restroom sink and give it a wash.’

She went to add what she would do if she encountered a guy doing just that.

Katherine continued: ‘If I saw a man washing his d**k in public, I would applaud him.

‘I wouldn’t be alarmed, I wouldn’t be offended, I would say thank you.’

The one-off episode was full of NSFW advice and anecdotes given by the stars who took part.

Comedian Mae Martin even revealed their dream to design a strap-on to ‘revolutionise the world’ – so keep your eyes peeled for that one.

Katherine was recently seen on-screen elsewhere after she hosted Ready To Mingle on ITV2, which unfortunately failed to attract the ratings of the channel’s biggest summer hit, Love Island.

The debut episode of the ‘Bachelorette with a twist’ was only watched by 120,000 when it debuted back in September.

The show saw 12 boys desperate to catch the attention of 24-year-old singleton Sophia in the hope of getting their hands on a £25,000 cash prize each, but there was a huge catch in the fact not all of them were single.

Sophia chose contestant Drew to be her partner, which resulted in them both winning the show – but their romance failed to last as they explained they’d called it quits on the subsequent reunion show.

Sex: Unzipped can be streamed on Netflix now.
