Want to know more about Jason? We’ve got you covered.
Who is Jason Fox?
Jason Fox is a former Royal Marine commando and special forces sergeant.
He is best known for serving as one of the directing staff on SAS: Who Dares Wins and the celebrity spin-off in both the UK and Australia, in which he stars alongside Ant Middleton, Mark Billingham and Melvyn Downes.
Having joined the Channel 4 series in 2015, Jason has become a familiar face on the programme and previously told Metro.co.uk he ‘would consider’ taking over Ant’s role if asked.
Jason also featured in the Netflix series Meet The Drug Lords: Inside The Real Narcos in 2018.
The three-part documentary series saw him follow the real narcos performing the drug trade in Mexico, Colombia and Peru, and interviewing members of the drug trade in Latin America.
It was announced in June that Jason had landed his very own Channel 4 series, titled Foxy’s Fearless 48 Hours.
The first episode sees the television star join forces with Rob Delaney, is challenged to jump off a 40-metre-high abandoned viaduct.
To prepare him for this, he must first dive from a cliff into a flooded quarry and cross a 300-foot long highline spanning a 250-foot-drop.
Next week, Jason is joined by Maya Jama and she is tasked with a bungee jump off a 75-metre-high transporter bridge in Newport. In preparation for this challenge, she abseils down a 40-metre sea cliff and rides a 100-metre zipline across a gap spanning jagged rocks.
Foxy’s Fearless 48 Hours airs Sundays at 10pm on Channel 4.
